DISNEYLAND Main Street Electrical Parade - Cinderella Dancers

Prince Charming stood on the famous staircase
with shoe in hand,
Talk about a koosh job!
he didn't even have to talk!
(Sorry Joe)
The Clock tower flanked by
2 canopy's with 12 dancing couples
following behind Cinderellas pumpkin coach.

These Canopy's were HEAVY!
and awkward...
all 6 canopy carriers had to move in unison!
if one person wasn't carrying their weight,
you knew it!
This was a hard job
and the guys who did it were incredible!

DISNEYLAND Main Street Electrical Parade - Cinderella

The first thing you would see
is the Mice pulling the pumpkin coach...
Matterhorn Way was a great resting place
for the mice...

I love the kid in the background,
"Forget the parade, I just want to play on this great bench!"
Can you imagine what it was like,
being Cinderella,
sitting in the Coach waving,
as the Fairy God Mother bonces around in the back...

Alice In Wonderland...Electrified!
Turtles, Snails, a Centipede and Lady Bugs...
Don't remember them in the movie
but they were fun to watch twirl around...

Here's a shot from the 70's
Love the Butterflies!

Dick Tracy- The Musical at Disneyland

My friend over at Vintage Disneyland Tickets
posted show schedule from 1990 today...
in it was the Dick Tracy show...
Here's some info on that show...

Based on the 1990 Warren Beatty movie
Dick Tracy,

This stage musical was created by
the same team that later did
"Beauty and the Beast" stage show at Videopolis
and then re staged it for Broadway. Here are some pictures from an
article, I think from the Disney news...
I can't find the whole article,
but here are a couple of pages...
I'll look on my old lap top to see if
the rest of the scan is there
