Back in the 70s and 80s, The Center and
Every break area had little mail boxes
with Ludwig Von Drake on them.
encouraging employees to "Give" their Ideas to the Co.
These are the two forms that would be next to the mail boxes.
I think it's funny that #3 of Keep in mind is "Decreasing Cost"
and yet when "Judged",
Decreasing Cost is #1!
