The Main Street Electric Parade
Disneyland

Not sure of the year on these...

Penguins!

Taken in the early 80s...
For our friend who was Mary Poppins
that year, we her Penguins, went around the park
and took pictures for a special Birthday card we made for her.

Taken at Carnation on Main St.
note the Flower alley across the street
[before the lockers]

They just don't do window displays like this anymore!

Summer Scenes?
The "Disco Explosion"?
or the scary rubber clown head?

Check out our friend at Vintage Disneyland tickets.
In keeping with his post today,
Here's a couple of pics from
The Circus Fantasy Parade

This was taken at Small World step off ,behind the Subs,
while waiting for the train to go by before the parade
Goofy wore these same tennis shoes as Sport Goofy.

A lot of the Costumes for this Parade came from Ringling Brothers.
Fathers and Sequins for days!!!
The tan coat and tie was the Parade Captain outfit up until the mid 80s

This is my friend Barbie...one of the most beautiful girls in the parades
she was also a "Glock Girl" at Christmas.

A BRAND NEW CAR!

No it just looks like the car give a way,
and who came up with these 3 characters together?

I MISS THE "BEAST"
IN COUNTRY MUSIC!

This Ad is a small poster on heavy card stock
I sure miss the Bear Gang...

LIKE A TIME CAPSULE!

So i found this box marked Disney,
in my garage behind everything...
A box that hadn't been opened in 20 some odd years...
I've been scanning like a mad man...
